Medical Conditions. In the interest of your safety and comfort, let us know of any medical issues including medications, pregnancy, allergies, etc. that may affect the outcome of your treatment. We consider this and any other personal information to be highly confidential and treated with absolute discretion.

Personal Preferences. We urge you to communicate your preferences, medical conditions and expectations so that your in-home experience is maximized.

Customer Service. We want your Primp In-Home experience to be enjoyable. If you have any comments or suggestions, please let us know.

Cancellation. Due to the nature of our business, 24-hours is needed for any cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment to avoid a full service charge. For special events, all-day appointments, or specific services such as wardrobe or cooking classes, a 5-day cancellation notice is required.

Gratuities. Gratuities are gratefully received to acknowledge good service. The typical start at 20% of the treatment price and added to your credit card payment or paid in cash at the time of service.

Payment Terms. A credit card is the only form of payment we accept for services booked through Primp In-Home. Credit card information will be taken when an appointment is booked and will be charged 24 hours prior to your appointment. If Primp In-Home is unable to complete a transaction or hold a deposit on a client’s credit card, no appointment will be booked or reserved. A minimum call out fee of $100 is required at the time of booking.

Applicable Sales Tax. Primp In-Home is required under New York State law to charge an additional sales tax per transaction.

Pricing. Primp In-Home reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or increase prices on certain treatments without prior notification to ensure that maximum standards of service and quality are met. If you have any questions, please ask your reservationist when you book your appointment.

Our privacy commitment. We are committed to respecting your privacy and recognizing your need for appropriate protection and management of personally identifiable information you share with us (the phrases 'personally identifiable information" or "personal information" mean any information by which you can be identified, such as your name, address, telephone number, etc.). The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you what personally identifiable information or personal information we may collect from you when you visit our web site, how we use such information, and the choices you have regarding our use of, and your ability to review and correct, the information. As part of our commitment to your privacy, Primp In-Home honors all customers' request not to receive mail, telephone or other solicitations from us.

What information is collected? There may be times where we ask you to provide certain information about yourself such as your name, shipping/billing address, telephone number, email address, credit card information, birth date, gender, occupation, personal interests, etc. We also maintain a record of your online product purchases and spa services received to better anticipate your future needs.

Client Confidentiality. All Primp In-Home talent are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Primp In-Home policies prohibits talent to share any and all information about clients.
