Mother’s Day is right around the corner, and considering how awesome moms are it is no surprise we have already received a number of calls for Mother’s Day Spa Events. One event from last year in particular that stands out was a church that wanted to do something special for the moms in they congregation. We provide mobile spa services for a wide range of clients from schools and hospitals, to film and TV, to fortune 500 companies throughout New York. One quintessential New York experience for us was working at Fashion Week for a major brand.
We were asked to show up at the theater pre-sunrise for a 3 pm show. When we walked through the door there was already lots of activity with the crew setting up the stage and lighting. We were then led downstairs and through a set of doors where we were greeted with an explosion of models, hair stylists, makeup artists, producers, and photographers mixing, mingling, and working. The place was rocking! It was electric and exciting and let's just say I did not need coffee that morning. Within minutes we were part of it and spent the next six hours helping each model get ready for the show.
Just as the show was about to start, I scampered off to find a good place to watch. It was magical. All these stunning women with hair two feet above their heads walk the celebrity-lined runway with great music blasting and fantastic lights sparkling above. And then in two minutes, the show was over. And I will tell you what, it was an amazing two minutes that I will always remember.

InStyle Magazine knows how to throw a great event! At a recent blogger event in New York City, the magazine rolled out the red carpet for attendees with services that included chair massage by PrimpEvents.
At this stylish event, bloggers were able to rub elbows with top brands like Jergens, Sears,, Bulova, and more. For our part, we were there along side Jergens to discuss a new hand cream and the benefits of the cream while treating the bloggers to hand and neck massages.
The elegant affair was a great event for the bloggers to experience new products and include them in their upcoming posts. And they had a lot to write about. From fashion to beauty, the brands had a lot to share.
